We are Kelly (the mom) and Wende (the daughter). Wende has been helping her mom cook since she was old enough to stand on a kitchen chair and tear lettuce leaves for a salad. She's now a grown up and a more adventurous cook than her mom, who is stuck in her ways (due to being old).
We both like (love) wine, cats, football, hanging out by the pool, and just about anything fun. We have a horrible potato chip-related addiction, and have yet to determine the correct 12-step program for recovery, so we just try to cope. We laugh all the time.
Wende will be posting a lot of new recipes -- or twists on older classics. Kelly will probably just post something she made from someone else's recipe. But she'll always give them credit.
